The bicycle caught my eye, so I stopped and sketched this scene in pen and ink, then layered on watercolor. I painted it on location in France on a cobble stone street.

Love the setting and the looseness of the sketch. I was in the art biz Blast Off class too and now taking the time to discover other wonderful artists. This sketch is something that speaks to me! Just lovely!
